Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Plant Operations to join our team in Meridian, United States. As the Director of Plant Operations, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant including, building, grounds and all Maintenance.
Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programsManage and coordinate maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects and repairsOversee compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelinesConduct regular inspections of all life safety systems, including fire extinguishers, sprinklers, and alarm systemsManage annual capital and operational budgets for the facilitySupervise HouskeeperCoordinate and oversee major renovation projects and capital improvementsEstablish and obtain bids for all capital projectsEstablish and maintain quality standards for cleanliness and appearance of the facility, both interior and exteriorDevelop and lead safety initiatives, including heading safety committee meetingsCoordinate annual maintenance and deep cleaning programs for apartments and common areasCoordinate necessary repairs and maintenance in apartments and common areas including refurbishment for move-ins.
