Director of Plant Operations
**Job Title: Director of Plant Operations** **Location: Rochester, MN** **Pay Range: $165,000-175,000** **What’s the Job?** + Develop and establish plant goals/objectives in the support of company Business Strategy + Delegate functional responsibilities to each department manager to establish and attain goals/objectives + Develop long range plans related to cost reductions, facility improvements, new product production, succession planning, equipment upgrades and quality improvements + Analyze and audit data from departments relative to the site’s performance. Counsel department managers on the course of action to improve performance and correct deficiencies + Recommend and submit the overall fixed, operational and capital budgets for the site and administer the approved budget including capital expense requests + Ensure conformance to and support of the company Quality Strategy. Ensure effective implementation of the site Quality Systems **What’s Needed?** + Minimum of bachelor’s degree in an Engineering/Business discipline + 7-10 years managerial experience in several areas of manufacturing and logistics + Experience leading a manufacturing organization within a food, pharmaceutical or consumer company required + In-depth Experience working with the FDA and/or other regulatory agencies required + Full understanding of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practice) and regulatory requirements to process design and qualifications + Experience setting and achieving financial targets – fixed, operational and capital budgets **What’s in it for me?** + 30% Annual Bonus + 401K Match + Competitive Benefits + Relocation Support If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
