**Job Title: Director of Plant Operations** **Location: Rochester, MN** **Pay Range: $165,000-175,000** **What’s the Job?** + Develop and establish plant goals/objectives in the support of company Business Strategy + Delegate functional responsibilities to each department manager to establish and attain goals/objectives + Develop long range plans related to cost reductions, facility improvements, new product production, succession planning, equipment upgrades and quality improvements + Analyze and audit data from departments relative to the site’s performance. Counsel department managers on the course of action to improve performance and correct deficiencies + Recommend and submit the overall fixed, operational and capital budgets for the site and administer the approved budget including capital expense requests + Ensure conformance to and support of the company Quality Strategy.
