Director of Plant Operations Monarch Management
The Directors of Plant Operations will be in charge of asset management and the utilization of construction services to enhance and maintain our communities. The Director of Plant Operations will oversee the department's budgeting and capital allocation of resources, along with construction/project management, and support business functions while also handling the adequacy of inventories, and the deployment of approved capital purchases/expenditures. The Director of Plant Operations will help monitor and support the daily operations of the maintenance and environmental service teams and facility plant processes, along with promoting the organizations training and education programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Must have experience as a plant manager overseeing areas of maintenance and environmental services Must have thorough knowledge of general maintenance, such as: boilers, heating and air conditioning units, refrigerators and freezers, electrical wiring, etc. Boiler license is required or willingness to get it within 6 months of hire
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facility or assisted living community Minnesota Engineer-Class C license is preferred At least 21 years of age and have completed the 12th grade of High School. Two (2) years of experience in maintenance and plant work is desirable.
