An employer is looking for a highly skilled director of preconstruction to join one of our largest national general contractor clients. In this role youll join their growing Mission Critical team focused exclusively on their data center build outs for several critical clients.

Responsibilities:
-Provide the leadership, guidance, training, platform, controls and monitoring for preconstruction, estimating, and project management staff to consistently perform pursuit, preconstruction, estimating, and procurement across all regions.
-Raise the level of preconstruction services delivered on projects by preconstruction and project management staff by providing templates, tools, and processes to accurately scope, schedule, and budget during the preconstruction phase of projects.
-Promote Design-Build and IPD project delivery methods internally and externally.
-Promote competitive pricing and procurement strategies.
