POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Primary Care oversees multiple Primary Care physician practices within the Medical Group, as well as the Primary Care Quality department. This role provides leadership and direction to a team that includes practice managers, clinical managers, and clinicians. The Director collaborates closely with the management team, physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient access, financial performance, operational efficiency, strategic growth, colleague development, and an exceptional patient experience.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

●Bachelor’s degree - Health related field preferred.

Minimum Experience

●3 years of relevant experience.

●Experience in healthcare required.

●Supervisory experience directing other’s work required.
