A Director is expected to maintain the educational and skill levels necessary to function as staff. The Director is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient practice management. This leadership role involves collaborating with healthcare providers, staff, and other leadership to implement best practices, enhance patient outcomes, and drive strategic initiatives. Plays a role in performance evaluation and continuous improvement efforts to optimize patient-centered care. A Director is responsible for budget planning and oversight. Reports to the Administrative Director. Is an active advocate of Blessing Health System in the community. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to the Code of Conduct and other policies is required. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree Two (2) years of relevant experience in an outpatient clinic setting. Strong leadership and management abilities Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to foster teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration PREFERRED: Three to five years of experience in a clinical setting with extensive knowledge of practice operations Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality improvement methodologies Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and data analytics for performance monitoring Pay Status: EXEMPTEEO Statement: Blessing Health System provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
