As a member of the Product Management team, the Director of Product Management Agriculture Films will drive the execution of both short term and long-term product strategies for Performance Materials products.  This position will oversee and implement a comprehensive business segment Agriculture Films strategy and work closely with Sales, Finance, R&D, and Operations to drive product line profitability and growth.

Responsibilities Profit and Loss (P&L) management for the agriculture films product suiteDevelop actionable product strategies and tools to achieve aggressive sales and profitability requirements.Working closely with Sales, R&D, and Operations, leads the creation of new business proposals to gain profitable new business and retain current business at acceptable margins.  Provide guidance for the cross-functional coordination for the Product Strategy.Develop strategy for portfolio rationalization and SKU consolidation where possible.Works closely with Pricing to determine the appropriate pricing structure which reflects the market and competitive environment as well as revenue and profitability goals.  Responsible for optimizing EBITDA for the assigned segment by working across functions – Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain to maximize profitability.Capacity management for stock portfolio along with strategic planning for capacity expansion.Guide Product Marketing to identify new and existing market growth opportunities by collaborating with Sales, R&D, and Operations.Provide appropriate training for Sales and Customer Service. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field Strong operational, product knowledge and/or sales background is preferredProven ability to identify and prioritize areas of opportunity and lead appropriate actionRecord of experience that demonstrates proven team leadership skills and the ability to influence others at all levels within and outside the organizationAble to organize, coordinate and direct cross-functional teams; commercial, operations, supply chain, suppliers, and customers.Strong use of systems, metrics and data to guide the agriculture business and must be analytically competent.  Must have advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
