Director of Product Management
A Series-A Start-up Talent Optimization company is looking to bring on a Head of Product to join their team full-time! The role is Hybrid and based out of Cambridge, MA right in Harvard Square. 

The company's goal with the software they have created through applied econometrics and machine learning is to eliminate guesswork from talent decisions, maximizing productivity in talent decisions, and identifying where and why strong talent is being left unnoticed. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in product management with a focus in SaaS products Empathy for customers and a passion for improving decisions through data analytics Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
Desired Skills & Experience Experience working at a start-up Experience working with data scientists Experience working in one of the following industries: Quick-service restaurant, Enterprise HR, or Law Enforcement industries

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team. Foster a collaborate and innovative team culture Drive engagement with intelligence users Develop strategies to increase engagement and retention with customers Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about product direction Work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to align product strategies with business objectives Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders Monitor product performance to identify areas of improvement
