NetImpact Strategies is looking for a Director of Product Sales to support the growth of our Product Innovation and CTO organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the revaluation, development, and management process for sales related to our homegrown DX360◦ (Digital Transformation) product line. Reporting to the Chief Opearting Officer, this role will require the ability to foster, build, and leverage partnerships within federal markets and agencies through the effective selling of our unique DX360◦ product and solutions offerings.

 

Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative sales strategies for new revenue streams via new product offerings from our DX360◦ product portfolio through new/existing corporate relationshipsDevise, manage, and execute sponsorship acquisition and retention strategiesNavigate complex organizations, understand client’s culture, identify internal/external decision makers, and influence their decision-making processDiagnose and understand customer problems and identify ways to help clients address themResponsible for providing quarterly forecasts to management and monthly forecasts within the current quarter utilizing current processes and systems.Work as a team for the most efficient use and deployment of resources; collaborate with sales engineering, channels/alliances, professional services, product, legal, marketing, and engineering teams to create a seamless customer experienceSupport the optimization and collaboration in the development and execution of all strategic and tactical plans to achieve growth, potential, and optimal business partnerships in each Business Unit using our product lineAnticipate key business, marketplace, competitor dynamics, and develop and implement strategies that ensure growth and mitigate adverse risk with the Business Development and Product teamsSupport Annual IT planning (for example, creating product level features/epics in the agile software tool), cost/capacity estimates, product roadmaps and briefingsProvide written recommendations on improvements that will benefit the supported product linesAssist with the mitigation/resolution of product line and product related risks/issues and their creation/update in the applicable reporting tool(s) (such as Rally, SharePoint, etc.) Qualifications

Required

BA/BS Degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related field7+ years in selling complex solutions to enterprise and strategic customers in multiple vertical markets.5+ years of sales experience in Federal, Public Sector, Civilian, or Government environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHistory of creating and maintaining relationships with current and positive prospective clients in key strategic verticalsPMP, Product Owner, or Product Management Certification is required  Experience with agile methodologies (Agile Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban)US Citizenship required
