TITLE:                                 Director of Product Strategy

EMPLOYER:                               Fiserv Solutions, LLC

LOCATION:                                 Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES:                                      Define and execute strategic imperatives to deliver on business commitments, including business case development, resource planning, and cost benefit analysis. Track and manage ongoing business insights including maintaining key performance indicators, driving annual and long-range planning efforts, and reporting on performance to leadership.  Drive decisions by aligning with multiple stakeholders. Translate product content into value propositions to shape product narratives and define long term product vision. Lead direct and indirect team members through research, analysis, and project execution.

REQUIREMENTS:                     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field and 9 years in any job title involving any combination of experience with management consulting, internal consulting, product development, or software development. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field and 7 years in any job title involving any combination of experience with management consulting, internal consulting, product development, or software development. Prior experience must include: 3 years of client-facing management consulting experience, including delivering insights and value for public or private sector firms; Project and team management involving research, analysis, and client delivery; Financial modeling and sensitivity analyses using Excel; Conducting commercial due diligence and informing private equity or corporate clients on inorganic growth strategy; Developing growth or operational excellence strategy for technology or SaaS companies; Developing executive presentations using PowerPoint; and Leading cross-functional teams.

TRAVEL:                                     Up to 10% of national travel required.
