The primary and majority function of this job is to manage projects with our foundry partners. Provides direction to senior managers in various areas, groups, and/or operations. Manages personnel activities of team, though may not be direct reports. Responsible for resource allocation, including budget and personnel. Responsible for the management and delivery of the highest level of business or technical projects, and the planning and coordinating of high level programs or releases within the established timeframe from initiation through delivery on schedule and within budget. Serves as liaisons between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met. Has comprehensive and diversified knowledge of methods and practices in broad areas of the customer's industry. Acts as lead on projects that span multiple products. Recognized by internal and external customers as a leader in a variety of areas.
Sought out by others to solve their most complex of problems. Ability to understand complex products, solutions, and problems. Responsible to lead project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget through effective management of the project scope, budget, plan, resource, issues, and deliverables. Works without supervision on the most complex projects with complete latitude for independent judgment. Assist with less experienced peers.
Essential Functions:
Directly engage with foundry partners to understand their needs and address any concerns in a timely manner Manage foundry collaboration projects, ensuring aligning with customer requirements and milestonesProvides direction to senior managers in various areas, groups, and/or operations.Develop and manage project plans and schedules ensuring project status and open issues are documented and stakeholders are informed in a timely manner.Single point of contact for assigned customers.Cultivate strong relationships with foundry partners to strengthen collaboration and facilitate swift problem resolution Proactively manage complex projects and changes in project scope to identify potential crisis.Initiate and control escalation within the relevant organization to resolve project issues or mitigate risk.Communicate project progress to stakeholders through meetings and timely status updates.Work closely with engineering, product management and sale team to align foundry collaborations with Siemens Go-To-Market strategies.

The salary range for this position is $177,000 to $318,600 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
