We have a wonderful opportunity for a Director of Public Relations & Marketing Communications.
We’re looking for a marketing and PR professional for this department head role. A passionate content strategist who is savvy with 360 marketing, with an ability to apply that expertise to domestic, regional and international markets. Fluent English and people skills are critical, competency in Vietnamese a bonus. This is a resort-based position reporting into the Director of Marketing. You’ll have the opportunity to drive and take ownership in building awareness of Four Seasons as a luxury hospitality brand and our Resort as the destination of choice in Vietnam.

Full TimePosition is Resort based with periodic travels to the Ho Chi Minh City Sales OfficeReport to Director of MarketingOverview:
Develop and execute a strategic plan including PR, social media and other marketing communications channels to support the business objectives of the resort.Deploy a creative content strategy across multiple owned and earned channels.Manage image and reputation management.Work closely with operational departments on marketing and promotions.Education:
A university degree in journalism or communications or equivalent experience in public relations or journalism.Desired Skills & Experience:
A minimum of five to seven years experience in a public relations and/or marketing communications capacity with Four Seasons or another related organization.Strong and effective interpersonal skills.Proven relationships with media, community and business contacts that have delivered demonstrable results, and the personality to maximize these contracts.Excellent English communications skills (verbal and written), a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set. Multilingual capability would be an added advantage.A self-starter that can multi-task and prioritise.Proficiency in leveraging social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and related monitoring tools (Olapic, Cision etc.).The ability to create newsworthy events, develop story ideas and follow through with pitch leads. A portfolio highlighting writing samples, project and media plans will be required
