Skills and Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Chemistry - 7 to 10 years leading a Quality Team to achieve quality objectives and compliance standards - Minimum of 5 years of specialized experience working with the contractual requirements set forth by the Department of Defense (DOD) - Quality Management Standards Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise and familiarity with ISO-9001 Quality Management Standards - Proficient in conducting statistical analysis utilizing software tools such as Minitab, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables), to analyze data and identify trends, ensuring quality standards are consistently met. - A relevant 4-year degree or certification as an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Manager (CQM), along with applicable experience in the field. - Completion of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Greenbelt training or certification. - Experience in ballistic production and testing processes is highly desirable. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
