Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Quality Management to develop and maintain a quality management system in compliance with ISO:2016 and FDA regulations. This role involves conducting internal and external quality audits, managing the supplier quality system, and leading and developing the quality team.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a quality management system in compliance with ISO:2016 and FDA regulations.Conduct internal and external quality audits.Manage the supplier quality system.Lead and develop the quality team.Essential SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience in managing direct reports.Strong knowledge in ISO:2016 and FDA regulations for Class III medical devices.Experience in quality management roles during FDA inspections or audits.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management in the medical device industry.Experience with FDA QSR and ISO:2026.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Class III medical devices.Work Environment
The position is based in a medical device manufacturing environment in Longmont, CO. The facility includes a variety of clean room setups across multiple buildings within the business park.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52.40 - $85.00/hr.
