Director of Quality Management
**Overview** **Salary: $80,000-$85,000** The Director of Quality Management is responsible for developing and maintaining the overall Quality Management Strategy. They will oversee the ongoing programming evaluations and supervise the Quality Management Consultants. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of one day per week in the office with additional time as required or to meet the needs of the position. This is a hybrid role with 1 day in office per week. **Minimum Education Required** High School Diploma/GED **Responsibilities** 1. Develop and oversee Quality Assurance Plans that tracks and monitors internal and external quality measures and includes procedures for quality improvement and enhancement. 2. Develop measurement strategies that enhance reporting of process and outcome measures. 3. Compile data and reports regarding program performance as they relate to set indicators. 4. Analyze data and formulate recommendations for quality improvement. 5. Conduct incident report tracking and reporting to the various funders within expected timelines. 6. Implement on-going formal program evaluation. Develop specific goals for improvement. 7. Consult with divisional leadership on necessary trainings to ensure high quality service delivery; execute trainings as appropriate. 8. Monitor outcome measures, track Performance Based Contracting goals and objectives. 9. Develop standards and provide recommendations for internal reviews to ensure quality of programs is maintained. 10. Conduct internal and external investigations as required. 11. Assist the VP of QM to move quality initiatives forward with available technology. 12. Mobilize the QM team to ready the agency for external licensing and accreditation reviews. 13. Develop, monitor, and update tracking tools to ensure organized task assignments for external reviews. 14. Monitor and update the QM intranet page as needed. 15. Monitor, research, and ensure timely completion of tasks related to agency initiatives such as ACCS development, ACES (Electronic Health Record) development, MIPS (Merit-based Incentive Payment System). 1. Monitor and assist with Division specific compliance with all external reviews. 2. Supervise and evaluate the Quality Management consultants, as assigned. 3. Attend trainings as assigned; maintain necessary certifications (CPR, First Aid, Crisis Management, MAP). 4. Attend and actively participate in supervision and staff meetings. 5. Ensure that individuals we support are treated with dignity and respect in accordance with Advocates’ Human Rights policy. 6. Adhere to all principles related to the Advocates Way. 7. Perform all duties in accordance with the agency’s policies and procedures. 8. Strictly follow all agency Performance Standards. 9. Communicate and effectively interact with people across cultures, ranges of ability, genders, ethnicities, and races. **Qualifications** 1. BA/BS degree in Social Work or related field and 5 years’ experience in Human Services quality/risk management or High School Diploma and 7-10 years' experience in Human Services quality/risk management. 2. Experience with Day Hab/Employment/CBDS preferred. 3. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 4. Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations. 5. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and ability to use good judgment. 6. Ability to read English and communicate effectively in the primary language of the programs as assigned. 7. Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities. 8. Ability to manage multiple complex projects in varying stages of development. 9. Strong computer skills including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other analytical tools. 10. Superior attention to detail. 11. Must have sensitivity to the needs of the population. 12. High energy level, superior interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team atmosphere. 13. Ability to execute a variety of decision-making models. 14. Must hold a valid driver’s license.
