Location Overview South Street Partners in partnership with Elevation Resort operated by Highgate Hotels LPThe Director of Real Estate and Club Marketing is responsible for planning, developing and executing cross-channel marketing strategies that communicate the company's real estate and club membership value proposition and message to the consumer for Elevation Resort. With the VP of Marketing, this role generates strategies to create and nurture marketing leads, enhance cross-marketing partnerships and drive sales revenue for multiple business lines within the company. This position affords a unique opportunity to flex both creative and analytical lines of thinking to holistically develop captivating marketing and sales campaigns across all channels and drive leads through the entire inbound funnel. This influential and visible role will act as a liaison between South Street Partners marketing, club, development and sales teams and works directly with the hotel team to generate and leverage cross-marketing opportunities.
The Director of Real Estate and Club Marketing works with South Street Partners internal team of marketing professionals to increase the efficiency and agility of the sales and marketing organization, aligning efforts with overarching business strategy, brand and creative strategy, as well as other departments and key stakeholders. This role oversees internal processes, production and creative, outside agency relations, and marketing technology and customer data in order to measure and improve marketing performance and develop and maintain effective operational workflows. The Director of Real Estate and Club Marketing must have the ability to strategize with key stakeholders, but also can dive deep into the details and execute.
Responsibilities Set forth and execute resorts real estate and club marketing strategy as directed by the VP of Marketing of South Street Partners.Create, lead and execute cross-functional integrated marketing programs to ensure brand/messaging integrity and lead acquisition across all departments including but not limited to real estate marketing and club membership marketing. Collaborate with VP of Marketing and Director of Marketing Operations to develop traditional and digital marketing plans and campaigns that are powerful, memorable, and generate revenue. Drive the overall creative direction and execution for all channels of marketing related to digital, email, social, print, direct mail, PR, events, cross-marketing partnerships and production assets for each business line.Work with VP of Marketing on budgets, billing and financial reporting. Manage and position the brand with a keen focus on consistent integration, voice, tone and vision within all marketing outputs. Establish and deliver against KPIs for brand health - awareness, consideration, advocacy and other desired key brand attributes across all markets.Oversee the planning and execution of new real estate and club membership development, research, positioning and strategy. Develop timelines and launch strategies for new products as well as budgets and marketing plans as needed. Concept and work with team on development of tools to promote sales as well as resales. Work with and leverage building program and partnerships for cross-marketing opportunities. Develops, manages and maintains optimal marketing production and campaign approval systems that promote accountability, effectiveness, efficiency, alignment, agility and scalability. Develop and maintain the operational production framework for producing marketing campaigns effectively and efficiently, on time and on budget.Develop and manage internal marketing personnel if applicable. Develop performance criteria and complete annual performance evaluations for direct reports.Work closely with sales and sales operations personnel and ensure the real estate and club meet goals. Serve as a consistent liaison between marketing and hotel to ensure business goals are met.Engage and activate outside agents and generate referrals from loyalty lists across ownership groups.Collaborate with VP of Marketing and Director of Marketing Business Systems on all lead workflows, campaign attribution, nurturing programs and fulfillment processes. Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing programs, campaign attribution and providing measurable results.Demonstrates courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with public, members and staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment. Qualifications College Degree in marketing, business or other related field required.Five to Six years of experience working in a similar position. Real Estate marketing and experience required.Propertybase and Hubspot experience a bonus. Strong CRM understanding a must.Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Proficiency in MS Office products to include Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.Excellent communication skills (oral and written).Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task.Ability to work in fast-paced environment.Strong technical skills and mindset to leverage database and workflow drive software.Ability to deliver high quality work, quickly, in a dynamic organization under pressure.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
