Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 annually You will: + Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies to attract top-tier candidates, using data to anticipate hiring needs and track key metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire for continuous improvement. + Talent Acquisition: Lead the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through diverse methods like job boards, social media, and community partnerships, building a sustainable pipeline for current and future needs. + Candidate Experience and Branding: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and promote Ultimate Care NY as an employer of choice through outreach, social media, and job fairs. + Process Improvement: Streamline recruitment operations by introducing best practices for interviewing, selection, and onboarding, while using technology to enhance efficiency and improve outcomes. + Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the recruitment team, providing feedback, training, and career development opportunities to foster a collaborative and results-driven culture. + Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all recruitment regulations, maintain detailed records of hiring activities, and present regular reports on recruitment progress to senior leadership. You will have: + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + 5-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or home care. + Proven success in leading a recruitment team and meeting hiring goals. + Familiarity with sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment metrics. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + HR or recruitment certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
