NHC Ft. Sanders is seeking a Physical Therapist with organizational, management and leadership experience to serve as Director of Rehab and manage daily operations of the rehab department. The ideal candidate must have SNF setting experience and a strong understanding of Medicare and Managed Care regulatory guidelines. The Director of Rehab will ensure that the work of our therapists' and assistants' complies with all regulations and company policies. 

Responsibilities include:

Collaborating with the facility inter-disciplinary team Establishing proper care for our patients Assisting in accurate clinical coding of the resident assessments Providing direct patient care as needed 

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited BS, MS, or DPT level course in Physical Therapy Must have Tennessee Physical Therapist (PT) license Prior SNF experience a plus Must have leadership and management experience and a proven track record to lead a team Embrace the NHC Better Way Culture at all times
