Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Fitness & Rehabilitation Services position.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the Rehabilitation Services and Fitness Departments to include staff utilization, budgetary responsibility, internal marketing, support of well-being programs, departmental and regulatory compliance, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology); Master's degree is preferredFor SLP candidates, an active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) is requiredMinimum of three years' direct patient care experienceMinimum of one year' management experienceThorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing
