The Director provides direction, expertise and mentoring to facilitate the growth and development of IP rehabilitation therapy services. The DOR will direct the daily operations of inpatient physical, occupational, speech, and recreational therapy services. The DOR will be responsible for managing a very large rehabilitation department. A key component of the position is a proven track record in strong leadership, interpersonal relations and effective communication skills dealing with all levels of staff from entry level to senior management. **Qualifications** Minimum Requirement Bachelor’s Degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required.
