Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior LivingJoin our team as a Director for Resident Life II who is a strategic leader across the campus providing leadership and operational oversight to the Managers and/or Coordinators for assigned departments achieving company-wide objectives. The position is responsible for quality care and services, regulatory compliance, achieving revenue, cost and profitability targets, resident/community public relations, and staff development. This individual serves as the primary liaison with all other departments to ensure the integration of programs and services for the residents across the continuum of care.

How you will make an impact
Serve as primary liaison, as appropriate, with resident committees and groups, which are involved with quality-of-life issues on the campus.
Provide a leadership role with the management team in RL to ensure that each resident of Erickson Senior Living has a successful life experience and to promote the social, psychological, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual needs of the community
Support the role of RL in the successful integration of person-centered, strengths-based programs and services for all residents.
Develop and maintain a consistent and qualitative needs assessment of the population and provide high-quality responses to those needs.
Provide programmatic oversight to the following cost centers and lines of business: Resident Life Administration, Community Resources, the Volunteer Program, Staff Appreciation, and start-up Philanthropy, Wellness, Community TV, Pastoral Ministries, Intermissions, Social Work, Home Support, Certified Home Health, Hospice, and possibly Outpatient Rehabilitation Department.
Manage the overall operations of the Resident Life department while meeting or exceeding federal, state, and local regulations and appropriate quality and service standards.
Oversee the development of resident relations program to meet residents’ needs and ensure resident quality and service.
What you will need
Healthcare experience preferred
Minimum of 5 years management experience with progressively more responsible positions
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience starting at $120000.00 / year
