The Director of Retail Sales and Distribution you will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing, Diversity, Food & Health, North America. You will oversee and lead the sales and distribution strategy for JBT Marel's retail segment. You will manage a team of sales professionals, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the distribution of products to maximize market reach and profitability. You have a background in sales leadership, distribution management, and an understanding of the retail food processing industry. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to achieve our goals and revenue targets. Track record in establishing partnerships with major retail chains, enhancing market reach and brand visibility. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion and new ideas. Analyzed market trends and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and inspire creativity Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with our goals. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all sales and distribution activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; Required You will need 10 years of experience in retail sales and distribution 5 years in a leadership role within the retail food processing industry. Experience building sales strategies that achieve business growth. Management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Working Conditions: This job is remote with 25%-50% travel. You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future. COMPENSATION RANGE: $145,000.00 to $165,000.00+ Commission. Compensation is determined on experience and skill.
