Director of Revenue Cycle
The Director of Revenue Cycle is responsible for overseeing and managing the firm's revenue cycle functions, ensuring efficient and accurate billing and collections processes. This role involves strategic planning, policy development, and coordination with various departments to optimize revenue generation and financial performance.

Develop, implement, and manage the firm's revenue cycle policies and procedures.
Oversee the billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure ongoing training and development for team members to keep up with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, including revenue forecasts, collection trends, and financial performance metrics.
Conduct regular audits of billing and collections processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Work closely with the accounting, finance, and legal teams to align revenue cycle management with the firm's overall financial strategies and objectives.
Collaborate with IT to optimize and maintain revenue cycle management systems and software.
Address client inquiries and concerns regarding billing and payment issues, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to improve client communication and streamline billing processes.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations related to billing and collections.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the revenue cycle, implementing necessary controls and safeguards.

Targeting $150-175K with a 10-15% bonus
