Responsibilities Lead the revenue management team, overseeing all aspects of revenue optimization.Develop and implement strategic pricing models to maximize revenue and profitability.Analyze market trends, competitive data, and customer demand to inform pricing decisions.Utilize revenue management tools and systems to forecast demand and optimize inventory.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted promotions and packages.Monitor revenue performance, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies as needed.Conduct regular revenue meetings, providing guidance and insights to the team.Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience in a revenue management role.Previous supervisory or managerial experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and guests.Deep understanding of hotel sales and distribution channels.Proficiency in major hospitality sales CRM systems.Analytical skills essential for identifying revenue opportunities and shortfalls.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve goals.Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.Professional, confident demeanor.
