Overview Job Summary: The Director of Revenue Management at Black Desert Resort will lead strategic efforts to maximize revenue across all areas of the resort, including rooms, food and beverage, and other service areas. This position requires a deep understanding of revenue management principles, market trends, and a strong analytical mindset to develop pricing strategies and optimize profitability. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth while enhancing guest satisfaction and ensuring that Black Desert Resort remains a leader in the luxury resort market. Job Specifications: Onsite: Black Desert Resort/Red Mountain Resort Shift & Schedule Availability: Year Round / Full Time Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000/yr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors. Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize profitability across all revenue-generating areas of the resort. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to develop optimal pricing and inventory control strategies. Work closely with the sales, marketing, and reservations teams to align revenue strategies with business goals and market conditions. Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the executive team. Monitor and adjust room rates and availability based on demand forecasts and seasonal trends. Lead the implementation of revenue management systems, tools, and processes to optimize performance. Collaborate with other departments to create promotions and packages that drive incremental revenue. Regularly review and refine pricing and inventory strategies to maximize total resort revenue. Conduct training sessions with the team to promote revenue management and best practices across the resort. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the luxury hospitality or resort industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Proficiency in revenue management systems, such as Opera, IDeaS, or similar platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets. Strong leadership and team management abilities. A customer-oriented approach with a focus on maximizing guest satisfaction while meeting business goals. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $120,000.00/Yr. - $130,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
