Director of SaaS Sales
Job Description:

The Role

Fidelity Labs is looking for a Director– SaaS Sales Executive to join a new startup. The startup’s focus is building innovative AI-driven SaaS technology for financial services. This role will be responsible for working closely with prospects and internal teams to manage a SaaS sales pipeline. Experience with successfully carrying a SaaS sales quota is a requirement. We are looking for candidates who can support a Midwest US territory.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

High touch enterprise sales with experience driving all stages of deals (discovery calls to closing the deal). Demonstrated experience beating sales quota. Variable compensation is based on meeting quota. Experience scaling ARR revenue for start ups as a sales hunter. Experience selling RegTech SaaS is preferred. Travel is required. In-depth knowledge of the US Financial Services Compliance space with deep rolodex of senior compliance contacts is preferred. Ability to represent the company at industry events as an expert. Executing as a senior sales leader and closing deals by managing and growing the pipeline. Working collaboratively with internal partners and relationship managers to source and cultivate new opportunities. Experience utilizing a CRM (such as Hubspot) to manage sales cycles and provide accurate forecasts. Experience managing strategic opportunities with medium to long term sales cycles. Experience building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan for new products. You are self-driven and make things happen and show a strong desire to succeed. You get deals done while you are client focused and passionate about delivering value for your clients. You are a straight talking sales hunter and show integrity in all your client and non-client interactions.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$204,000 per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
