SUMMARY OF JOB SUMMARY OF JOB: The Sales Director of the Life Care Division is responsible for maximizing occupancy to meet or exceed assigned community census and service line participation goals through leadership of community resources and ensuing established Redeemer Health Life Care practices are fully implemented and utilized. This position is accountable for leading a culture of sales in the assigned communities, implementation and management of sales initiatives and tactical sales approaches across assigned housing communities. The Director will be responsible for providing ongoing training and mentoring to the entire sales team. The Director of Sales is responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS Bachelors in marketing or related field. Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in senior housing. Previous sales management experience. Exceptional track record in sales and marketing. Previous experience in providing sales training and mentoring of staff. Experience utilizing CRM software. Sherpa preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relate to the complexities of the senior housing prospect. Strong leadership skills with a proven history of working with marketing, operational and cross functional teams.
