· Proven track record in a senior Sales role within the luxury hospitality industry (minimum 5 years).

· Strong network in the global luxury travel market.

· Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

· Familiarity with Hyatt systems and standards is a plus.
