If so, we invite you to lead our efforts as **Sales Director – Steel Coil & Sheet Metal** . **About the Role** As our Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of our mission to expand market share and drive revenue in the steel coil and sheet metal sectors. This key leadership role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the industry, proven outside sales experience, and the ability to foster strong client relationships. **Key Responsibilities** + **Business Development:** Identify and secure new business opportunities, including spot and contractual sales, to expand market presence. + **Revenue Growth:** Own revenue targets, execute strategic plans, and close large-scale deals. + **Relationship Management:** Cultivate relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point for critical accounts. + **Market Intelligence:** Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions, ensuring market leadership. + **Sales Forecasting:** Develop accurate sales forecasts and analyze market trends to guide decision-making. + **Customer Retention:** Strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular, meaningful communication. + **Collaboration:** Partner with supply chain and inside sales teams to meet customer demands while managing inventory effectively. + **Quality Assurance:** Address and resolve customer quality concerns promptly and professionally. **What We’re Looking For** + **Experience:** At least three years of outside sales experience in steel coil and sheet metal, with specific expertise in thin gauge cold-rolled steel. + **Market Knowledge:** Deep understanding of the motor and appliance markets and a strong network in the industry. + **Skills:** Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
