Director of Sales

MCA is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Leadership Executive to drive growth and oversee our expanding sales operations across multiple regions. We are looking for a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in managing large, high-performing sales teams and executing successful B2B sales strategies within a technology-driven environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Sales Strategy & Implementation: Collaborate with executive leadership to design and execute sales strategies, tools, training, and processes that align with organizational goals. Identify market trends and growth opportunities, develop strategies to capitalize on, and achieve business targets.Sales Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team to excel across multiple markets. Implement development initiatives to enhance skills, drive market penetration, and support complex deal negotiations, ensuring continuous team growth.Customer & Account Management: Strengthening relationships with key clients through strategic meetings and planning. Support the sales team in identifying and capturing new opportunities with a focus on long-term account growth and customer satisfaction.Pipeline & Sales Performance: Oversee the development and monitoring of sales pipelines and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Conduct regular pipeline reviews, track team performance against sales targets, and provide feedback to drive improvement and accountability.Operational Efficiency & Forecasting: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and process optimization. Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and detailed reporting, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with marketing and other departments to ensure sales strategies are aligned and effectively supported. Foster collaboration to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.Travel: Travel up to 50% to meet customers, oversee regional sales operations, and mentor sales teams across the territory (TX, LA, AR, MO, KY, IL, MI).

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

5 years of executive sales leadership experience, preferably in B2B technology or related industries.BS/BA in business, marketing, or related field; graduate degree preferred.Proven success managing large, multi-regional sales teams and driving revenue growth.Strong knowledge of sales operations, territory management, and incentive compensation.Proficient in CRM and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to mentor, coach, and inspire high-performing teams.Expertise in developing and executing sustainable sales strategies.Strong business acumen with excellent C-level presentation and negotiation skills.
