THE ROLE: DRIVE, LEAD, ACHIEVE We’re seeking an innovative Director of Sales to drive the strategic growth of our brand across Connecticut. This high-impact role combines strategic vision with tactical execution to achieve revenue growth, enhance client experiences, and build high-performing teams. Collaborating closely with Area Sales Leaders and Studio Managers, you’ll play a pivotal role in increasing revenue, growing community engagement, and delivering a best-in-class assisted stretching experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Lead sales operations across multiple StretchLab locations, driving growth and exceeding revenue targets. * Partner with Marketing to create and execute innovative campaigns to attract and retain clients. * Develop and coach Area Directors, Studio Managers, and Flexologists/personal trainers to achieve performance goals. * Continuously evaluate sales performance, identifying trends and implementing improvement strategies. * Ensure each studio delivers an exceptional client experience, maintaining high standards of service and presentation. * Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs to build team capacity. * Leverage client feedback tools to make data-driven decisions that improve operations and client satisfaction. * Stay ahead of market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation. * Oversee financial performance to maximize profitability while maintaining operational excellence.
