The Director of Sales, serving Conrad Koh Samui is responsible for working closely with the Commercial Director to drive business needs and expand existing business through promotional efforts and sales channels. This role supports the Commercial Director to ensure smooth operation of the department to maximize business opportunities and deliver the highest service standards.

What will I be doing?
\nAs the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n- Directly accountable for driving the Top line Budget for assign specific markets East Asia - China, Korea, and Japan.
\n- Lead the team to achieve sales targets and related tasks set by the hotel to their markets - East Asia - China, Korea, Japan.
\n- Develop sales plans to maintain and develop customers in the region they are responsible, understanding customer needs, face-to-face visits and other forms, achieving sales.
\n- Monitor the output value of sales and adjust sales actions according to market changes.
\n- Personally manage and maintain key accounts for the set markets
\n- Work with Sales, Marketing Communications and Revenue Management to adjust team bookings to achieve maximum productivity within the hotel.
\n- Proactively collect market and industry information, capturing business opportunities and ultimately converting to business confirmations.
\n- Regularly analyze customer output and source market structure, anticipate market trends and design products and channels in advance to seize business opportunities.
\n- Performs any other tasks assigned, requested or deemed necessary by the Commercial Director.
