Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales and business development activities for ITP products in China and Asia (excluding Japan and Korea)Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer basebuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholderidentify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growthgenerate revenue and drive business growth by winning new projects and managing Tier 1 accountsProvide market insights and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-makingcollaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Line Management, R&D, FAE, Quality, and customer service, etc., to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment with market needsprepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior managementRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Lasers, Physics, or related fieldsExpensive experience in the laser or related high-technology industries, with 15+ years direct experience in sales and business developmentProven track record of achieving sales targets, generating revenue, winning new projects, and managing Tier 1 accountsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsExcellent people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal teamsStrategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies10+ years experience in Sales ManagementFluent in English and Mandarin; additional language skills are a plusSelf-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunitiesResults-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targetsSenses of ownership and accountability for achieving business objectivesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategicallyExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
