In this role, the Director of Sales & Marketing will maintain, develop, implement and maximize the business plan with effective strategies through direct sales, digital marketing and revenue management. This person will ensure effective internal and external communications with clients, potential customers, associates and ownership.

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a hotel Director of Sales & Marketing Hilton Experience is strongly preferred, if not Hilton must-have similar branded experience Full-Service hotel experience, with a strong group contribution required Experience working with at least 15k meeting space with strong banquet and catering contribution Greenville, Spartanburg market preferred, although will consider any GA, SC, NC or Southeast market High level of energy and enthusiasm for sales and leading a sales team to success
