**The Opportunity:**
**Salary:** $100,000 + Bonus
You’ll be the driving force behind top-line revenue growth, overseeing all sales and marketing efforts while fostering a culture of excellence within your team. You will be responsible for the following:
+ Lead and inspire the property’s Sales and Marketing team, ensuring alignment with Atrium’s Core Values.
+ Generate new group leads through proactive outreach, leveraging resources like 3rd-party vendors, brand tools, and property systems.
+ Partner with the Revenue Strategy Team to develop pricing, inventory, and marketing strategies.
+ Actively engage in the Montgomery community, representing the hotel through memberships, events, and charitable activities.
+ Oversee all aspects of hotel marketing, from digital campaigns to social media, ensuring the property is presented in its best light.
+ Host site visits and negotiate client meetings, creating memorable impressions of our property.
+ Provide financial leadership, including forecasting group and catering revenue, participating in budget processes, and maintaining Strategic Selling Guidelines.
**What We’re Looking For**
+ At least 5 years of hotel or industry-related sales experience, with proven success in achieving team and individual sales goals.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
**Technology:**
+ Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Office, Delphi.fdc, and CI/TY, with experience in detailing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
