This is a Full-Time benefit eligible position.
Salary: up to $80,000 DOE
Director of Sales Responsibilities:
+ Primary responsibility is to maintain or exceed budgeted occupancy and revenue.
+ The Director of Sales is responsible for internal and external sales functions to include lead generation as well as closing sales.
+ Qualified lead generation and positive sales results consists of a strong collaboration between the Director of Sales, Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, the Cassia Marketing/Creative Team and the Vice President of Sales.
+ The Director of Sales develops and executes a quarterly sales and marketing plan to include the following tactics: monthly occupancy goals, community outreach, prospect and referral source events, resident and family referral programs, print advertising, social media, CRM data review, program development, competitor analysis and plans to overcome occupancy barriers.
Director of Sales Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is required; equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable as well.
+ Relevant senior living experience within a leadership position preferred.
+ Proficient in computer utilization including Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM database systems.
+ Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency with email processes and etiquette.
+ Demonstrate a positive attitude and interpersonal skills to work with various people including associates, residents, families, and professionals.
+ Promote positive work environment that emphasizes collaboration and teamwork.
+ Respond positively to constructive feedback by listening to supervisor, customers, and peers and use it to improve performance
+ Displays an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families and staff.
+ Functions as a team member with other staff in the performance of duties.
+ Exhibits sound, mature judgment.
