Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field required, Master's degree preferred.
Job specific requirements:
7+ yrs of progressive experience in CPG sales and business development, including in a people manager/leadership role.Understanding of product commercialization processes.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to leverage customer specific data i.e. Syndicated, POL and Consumer Research to drive business results.Self-starter with high learning agility and the ability to successfully work through ambiguity.Demonstrated strategic thinking and tactical execution experience.Customer focus and attention to detail.Experience with customer trade negotiations.Understanding and driving action through the use of a customer P&LPrevious experience with Direct Store Delivery/RTM model a plusTravel requirements: Minimal travel required (~10%)
Work schedule: This is a full-time position where you will work from our Minneapolis, MN office 3 days per week and the other 2 days remote.
