Director of Sales Engineering & Operations, Remote
The Director of Sales Engineering & Operations oversees all aspects of the sales operations department. The Director is responsible for enhancing the business's position with consumers and for solidifying the market position of the company. This includes overseeing and constantly analyzing the sales funnel; streamlining and optimizing the sales process; managing CRM data integrity; performing sales forecasting in partnership with the VP of Network Development; working with sales leadership to develop organizational goals; leading a team of 5-6 sales operations specialists and sales engineers; developing playbooks, onboarding, sales structures and lean reporting.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the U.S. or from our office in Bethesda, MD, Durham, NC or Austin, TX.Primary Duties: Strategic Opportunity Identification Sourcing and Planning - this includes: Setting Strategy and Direction for directing the work of the team to identify & curate potential health system, IPA, Switcher and network targets to support initiatives for hitting the Growth Goal. The Director will lead, coordinate and assign Deal support / customization for key accounts to the Sales Engineers; collaborate with Marketing team to inform segment specific campaigns and share learnings; evaluating ACO performance and assessing ROI and sales performance of initiatives using Salesforce CRM and other workflow and analytical tools. The Director will also be accountable to identify and lead the strategic initiatives based on market events and competitive intel to position Aledade as the best option including but not limited to talking points, data analysis and targeting for the Sales teamSales Operations & Support - lead and direct a team of 3 Sales Operations Support (SOS) Specialists to ensure Salesforce Hygiene and appropriate utilization of the tool; work with the SOS team to identify workflow improvements and User Experience enhancementsHire, coach, develop and mentor a team of 5-6 Sales Operations Support Specialists and Sales Engineers to ensure they are supporting the sales teamAttend cross functional team meetings with GLT to ensure collaboration and teamworkMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree12+ years of progressive working experience6+ of relevant sales, operations and/or sales management experience working in healthcare and with healthcare providersPreferred KSA's:Experience evaluating product/market situations and analyzing raw data and information, transforming it into actionable sales strategies and approachesProven ability to identify, position, develop, lead and retain multiple levels of experience, talented people who are focused on rapid speed of growth and flawless execution of strategy.Proven track record of success as a sales leader exemplified by national rankings Salesforce expertise; proficiency with Google Suite of ProductsFamiliarity with Value-Based CarePhysical Requirements:Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard.
