We are recruiting quota carrying Sales Directors and Sales Executives across the US who will be responsible for leading the sales activities in their respective regions for our Global Salesforce.com (SFDC) practice. Activities include lead generation, relationship building with SFDC organization and end customers in their regions.



An effective Sales Director runs his/her own quota and customer account responsibilities in the region, growing the business by consistently adding new clients. In this role, the Sales Directors educate and influence client executives and SFDC account teams to leverage Client’s Global SFDC practice’s service capabilities and offerings as part of the overall solution. If you can leverage existing relationships with SFDC organization, that will be a major plus in this role. Activities include growing relationships in their regions with the SFDC front end teams, customers and partners, identify and qualify opportunities, consultatively identify requirements and solution direction, coordinate the proposal preparation, client presentations and contract negotiation.



Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible in the region for growing Client’s partnership with SFDC organization and joint customers

· Territory Management, strategic account planning and execution within the assigned region

· Identify and qualify potential opportunities and leads, pipeline management, networking with SFDC executives and customers in the region, public speaking, actively participating in SFDC events and by leveraging and growing existing relationships.

· Identify client issues and priorities and provide solutions based on Client’s competencies

· Develop and maintain relationships with potential client buyers, SFDC through target marketing and prospecting activities

Job Requirements:

· Extensive experience in the development and execution of the sales process to close the business

· Demonstrated success selling professional services to enterprise clients

· Demonstrated knowledge and experience in selling solutions based on SFDC technologies - Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Saleforce1 platform is highly desirable.

· Relationships with SFDC organization a major plus

· Enterprise solution sales experience selling services around implementation of CRM,ERP or similar systems

· Strong relationship building and consultative selling track record.

· Demonstrated success in an individual contributor sales role for a services organization.

· Ability to identify and sell to the decision makers including C-Level executives, across both IT and business units at enterprises

· Experience with Healthcare clients is a plus

· Demonstrated experience working with offshore delivery teams is highly desirable

· Bachelor's Degree
