Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. + 7-10 years of experience in the residential CI or consumer AV industry preferred. + Experience with ConnectWise a plus. + Attention to detail + 5yrs+ of Sales Team Management (Not just sales!) + Experience with Consumer Electronics a Plus! + Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, ConnectWise a Plus! + Ability to handle multiple pr iorities and processes simultaneously. + Supervisory and management experience required.
