This is your opportunity to make a significant impact by headhunting senior talent, fostering relationships with top-tier universities and MBA programs, engaging with alumni, and building partnerships with industry associations and organizations. Key Responsibilities:Senior Executive Search: Lead and manage the comprehensive recruitment process for senior executive roles, from initial candidate identification to final hiring decisions, ensuring we attract and secure top-tier talent.Headhunting Senior Talent: Proactively scout, engage, and recruit senior-level professionals through diverse channels and networks, leveraging industry connections and innovative sourcing strategies.MBA & University Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with leading universities and MBA programs to identify and recruit high-potential candidates.Alumni Networking: Engage with our alumni network to leverage their expertise and connections for talent acquisition and organizational growth.Partnerships: Establish and nurture partnerships with industry associations and organizations to enhance our talent pipeline and brand presence.Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the Employee Development team to identify gaps in succession planning and internal potential. Design and implement strategies to build a robust senior talent pipeline that aligns with our long-term business goals.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and apply this knowledge to improve our processes.  Qualifications:Proven experience in senior talent acquisition, executive search, headhunting senior talent, or a related field.Strong network within MBA programs, alumni communities, and industry associations.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to take initiative and work independently.Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Why you’ll love working here:  As a major, global company we offer multiple ways for you to grow personally and professionally.
