Are you a strategic leader with a passion for identifying and securing top-talent? We are seeking a Director of Senior Talent Acquisition to join our central recruitment team in Boston. In this pivotal role, you will shape our senior talent strategy and drive our organization's success. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact by headhunting senior talent, fostering relationships with top-tier universities and MBA programs, engaging with alumni, and building partnerships with industry associations and organizations. Key Responsibilities:Senior Executive Search: Lead and manage the comprehensive recruitment process for senior executive roles, from initial candidate identification to final hiring decisions, ensuring we attract and secure top-tier talent.Headhunting Senior Talent: Proactively scout, engage, and recruit senior-level professionals through diverse channels and networks, leveraging industry connections and innovative sourcing strategies.MBA & University Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with leading universities and MBA programs to identify and recruit high-potential candidates.Alumni Networking: Engage with our alumni network to leverage their expertise and connections for talent acquisition and organizational growth.Partnerships: Establish and nurture partnerships with industry associations and organizations to enhance our talent pipeline and brand presence.Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the Employee Development team to identify gaps in succession planning and internal potential. Design and implement strategies to build a robust senior talent pipeline that aligns with our long-term business goals.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and apply this knowledge to improve our processes. Qualifications:Proven experience in senior talent acquisition, executive search, headhunting senior talent, or a related field.Strong network within MBA programs, alumni communities, and industry associations.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to take initiative and work independently.Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Why you’ll love working here: As a major, global company we offer multiple ways for you to grow personally and professionally.
