This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation as an industry leader by managing the daily activities of Service Coordinators across multiple locations. The Director will ensure the timeliness and efficiency of repair order processing and uphold our commitment to delivering best-in-class customer service. As a mentor and developer of talent, the Director will foster the career growth of Service Coordinators, guiding them towards achieving their professional goals. The Director will lead the service processing team to provide exceptional repair services, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This includes direct coaching on performance and career development, working cross-functionally to optimize service technician scheduling and routing, and addressing and resolving escalations promptly. The role also involves overseeing customer assistance, improving turnaround times, reviewing calls for service improvement, and implementing best practices and universal service processes within the territory. The Director will perform other related duties as assigned.
