Position Responsibilities: Provide visionary leadership and direction for Shared Business Services Operations, driving operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement across teams managing functions such as Invoice to Cash, Accounts Payable, Marketing Incentives, and Customer Contract Management to achieve operational KPIs and metrics Oversee the centralized delivery of business shared services, ensuring the highest standards of service quality and operational efficiency across the organization Recruit, hire, and retain high-performing teams with a focus on team building and employee engagement within each process area Drive process optimization initiatives and standardize Shared Business Services processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for ongoing organizational needs Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to align Shared Business Services with business unit requirements and strategic objectives Conduct monthly operating reviews to evaluate KPIs, project status, and operational goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for innovation and automation Travel up to 10% of the time Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 10 plus years of experience in a service center environment or related area and 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 13 plus years of experience and 7 plus years of management experience Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Lean Six Sigma experience or certification Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
