DUTIES:

Directs, establishes & plans the overall policies/goals for the Social Services DeptResponsible for assessments, care planning & helping residents adjustSupervision of Department StaffDischarge Planning at start of admission Occasional Community OutreachFamiliar with a variety of concepts, practices & proceduresA wide degree of creativity and latitude is expectedRelies on extensive experience & judgment to plan and accomplish goals

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of Management Experience in LTC settings preferredLSW – MSWKnowledge of applicable State & Federal guidelinesExceptional interpersonal & leadership skills
