Director of Solutions Consulting

Locations: Remote/Hybrid I East Coast Based

The Director of Solutions Consulting will lead a team of Solution Consultants focused on driving growth through consultative sales engagements, technical expertise, and client partnerships. This role requires building and managing a high-performing team to provide strategic guidance and tailored solutions to clients. The Director will develop strategies, lead engagements, and collaborate cross-functionally to align solutions with market demands, positioning the company as a trusted partner.

What You Will Get To Do:

Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of solution consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Client Engagement: Oversee delivery of strategic, high-impact consulting that meets or exceeds client expectations.

Solution Design: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to develop and present customized solutions based on client needs.

Strategic Planning: Work with senior leadership to define and execute solutions consulting strategy aligned with business goals.

Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales to provide technical insights, product knowledge, and training during the sales cycle.

Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs, ensuring quality standards, compliance, and timely delivery of engagements.

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of experience in Solution Consulting or Sales Engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

Proven experience managing a technical consulting team in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.

Strong technical background with understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, and data security.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex solutions.

NY: Salary range for the position: 175,000 USD to 190,000 USD.
