Responsible for the development of the Spa and Fitness

What you will do

Responsible for the development of the Spa and Fitness Yearly Budget
负责水疗和健身年度预算的制定

Responsible for the development of Marketing Strategies for the Spa and fitness department
负责水疗和健身部门市场策略的制定

Ensure all KPI forms are completed by the Fitness manager and Spa supervisors

确保健身经理和水疗主管完成所有KPI表格

Perform annual performance review on all spa colleagues. Encouraging and coaching the development of employee potential
对所有水疗中心同事进行年度绩效考核，鼓励和指导员工潜能的开发

Responsible for maintaining the high standard of treatment, service and attention to detail within the spa
负责在水疗中心内保持高标准的治疗、服务和对细节的关注

Frequent checks of equipment and facilities to ensure safety and prevent loss of equipment due to negligence or wear and tear
经常检查设备和设施以确保安全，防止因疏忽或磨损而造成设备损失

What you bring

University degree or equivalence

大学本科或同等学历

Be of 5 year working experience at the same position in 5-star international hotel
5年于国际五星级酒店同等职位工作经验

Good oral communication skill in Chinese & English

良好的中英文口头沟通能力
