Overview

The Director of Spa Operations oversees the daily operations and management of the Spa, including personnel management, budgeting, property management, regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive work environment for guest and team satisfaction.

Responsibilities

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in health/beauty spa environment.

· Proficient in translating financial and operational data into actionable plans.

· Strong time management abilities.

· Proficiency in presenting and selling concepts to various stakeholders.

· Knowledge of and adherence to employment laws in the relevant jurisdiction.

· Proficient in written and verbal English communication.

· Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.

· Comprehensive understanding of spa, salon, and wellness programs/products, ideally in a resort setting.

· Familiarity with accounting processes such as payroll, budgeting, and financial management.

· Demonstrated leadership experience.

· Massage or skincare license/certification preferred.

· Familiarity with retail and professional product inventory management.

· Proficient in Microsoft applications, Spa software, POS systems, etc.
