The Job:
As an Director of SPX- Integration Excellence you’ll be part of our Corporate team. You’ll get to:
You will have the opportunity to support the planning and integration of SPX. You will partner across the SPX team and with functional leaders on the deliverables required to further the implementation and adoption of SPX. You will partner with the communications team to develop appropriate messaging for each audience. You will be responsible for managing the tactical plan and operating strategy for the SPX team.

Responsible for managing tasks associated with tactical, operational & strategic projects for the SPX team Provide strategic input, direction and thought partnership to the SPX and OpX leadership in seeing future opportunities or identifying gaps in the current plan and operating model Work closely with SPX Team leaders to identify, plan, organize and drive activities related to the deployment of SPX in both manufacturing sites and cross global supply chain Serve as a trusted member of the team who can be called upon to provide support and insight to the Executive & Sr Management teams Act as liaison between project team and key stakeholders Oversee and develop team members to support and drive the management of tactical items and content creation to support the SPX launch Help ensure a successful launch and embedding of SPX – a game changing system- within Stanley Black and Decker global supply chian!The Person:

Ability to drive clarity under ambiguity and execute with excellence Solid influencing and facilitation skills Innovative mindset that enables you to make quick adjustments to project deadlines Ability to deliver projects in high quality independently Strong Project Management skills with ability to plan, schedule and deliver projects on time Proficient knowledge of software programs and use them to create digital calendars or schedules to keep everyone on task A Bachelor's degree and 10-12 years relevant experience in HR, Project Management or Operations Manufacturing or warehouse/distribution experience strongly preferred Strong business acumen and critical thinking ability Strong communication and collaboration skills, written and verbal Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate, identify and diagnose problems and make recommendations Detail oriented- getting "into the trenches" to evaluate all aspects of operations Exceptional presentation and communication skills Ability to build strong relationships with internal and third-party stakeholders that improves team credibility Ability to learn multiple talent applications, platforms, and solutions Ability to work collaboratively across global Business Units and COE’s Ability to travel independently domestically or internationally as neededThis role is not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN etc).
