The Director of Staffing is responsible for providing overall leadership to a team of recruiters and staffing coordinators. In this role, you will manage the full life cycle of recruiting projects from sourcing candidates to ensuring a seamless onboarding process. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with facilities, understanding their unique staffing needs, and delivering talent solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures that follow NY State Requirements.Management and development of staff to execute best practices in building client relationships and recruiting passive candidates in the market.Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on recruitment progress, ensuring open lines of communication and a consultative approach.Place candidates on Permanent, Temporary, Temporary to Permanent, and Contract/Project opportunities.Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsQualifications:
4+ years of experience running a healthcare staffing agency in NY state.Three years’ experience in a recruiting role; healthcare setting preferred.Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. SalarySalary: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
