Store Development:\n\nLead the identification, evaluation, and lease negotiations for potential new store locations.\nOversee site selection, market research, and demographic analysis for optimal expansion.\nManage the design, construction, and layout of new stores, ensuring alignment with the brand's image and customer experience goals.\nOptimize the real estate portfolio while controlling store development budgets and timelines.\nMaximize franchisee investments through strategic allocation of resources, including store openings and conversions.\nNegotiate and deliver store signage solutions compliant with local regulations and landlord requirements.\n\n
Real Estate & Operations:\n\nDevelop and execute real estate strategies, ensuring efficient lease agreements and franchise store location acquisitions.\nRegularly report on KPIs, analyze trends, and recommend data-driven improvements.\nEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including FTC and franchise-related standards.\nCollaborate with third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery within contractual agreements.\nAdvocate for governance policies to secure the efficient use of resources and technology selection.\n\n
